ONI micro PLC CPU module with the ability to expand the number of I / O channels and communications using the ONI PLR-S expansion modules. With integrated full function screen, 12 digital inputs, 2 of which can be used as analog 0-20mA or 0-10V, 6 as analog 0-10V and 4 as high-speed counters up to 60kHz, 6 relay outputs. Archiving of process data using a standard SD card. Integrated 1 RS485 interface and 1 Ethernet interface supporting Modbus TCP/RTU/ASCII and MQTT protocols. Designed to control automated equipment. Advantages
- Programmable logic relay capabilities are not enough, and the PLC is redundant and expensive. Micro ONI PLC has all the necessary functions for modern automated control systems. Integrated RS485 and Ethernet communication channels provide easy connection to the industrial network, as well as programming without the use of additional specialized accessories.
- Built-in WEB server will allow to diagnose, monitor and change process parameters using a standard WEB browser.
- Do you need to keep an archive of system parameters. Install a standard SD card in the CPU module and record them.
- Do you need to transfer data to PLC, HMI, SCADA, MES or cloud systems for further processing and diagnostics. Integrated protocols Modbus TCP/RTU/ASCII and MQTT will allow you to do it quickly and efficiently.
- A built-in screen that can work as a text operator panel will allow you to configure and monitor the system even to personnel who do not have programming skills.
- Not enough integrated input-output channels. Just add them by connecting an extension module of the developed logical ONI relay.
