Our engineers completely rethought the existing solution based on the FORMAT frame support posts and developed a new system that ensures the safety of operating personnel, convenience and speed of installation (assembly can be performed by one installer), flexibility in creating solutions.
The reliability of the FORMAT PRO system and its compliance with GOST IEC 61439 are confirmed by a full range of tests, including destructive tests with thermal withstand currents and shock currents of electrodynamic withstand of the busbar system. In combination with ARMAT circuit breakers, the system showed best results in temperature rise tests when heated with the maximum rated current.


One of the key principles of the system construction is its modularity. The FORMAT PRO system consists of ready-made kits for various tasks. Each kit includes all necessary fastening elements and accessories, and if something is lost, any fastening can be ordered separately. FORMAT PRO is so universal that it contains a minimum number of different elements.
The FORMAT PRO system is designed for rated currents from 1600 to 6300 A, with a maximum possible sectioning degree of 4b. The system is fully adapted for installation of ARMAT products, in addition, it includes universal compartments for installation of various equipment, including automation equipment and secondary circuits.

FORMAT PRO — is a system representing a tested solution based on the FORMAT structure and ARMAT active equipment.
The system is based on a structure developed on the basis of FORMAT metal enclosures (frame, walls and full-size doors) and equipped with new elements (mounting kits, sectional doors, false panels, etc.), fully adapted for installation of ARMAT series equipment.

What are the features of FORMAT PRO?
The system features:
- system modularity;
- availability of ready-made mounting kits that include all necessary elements and fasteners for installation;
- new busbar mounting system, fully adapted for installation in the FORMAT PRO system;
- possibility of organizing all forms of sectioning from 1 to 4b;
- separation of the internal space of the enclosure with the help of additional posts into a universal compartment (front) for installation of electrical equipment and a busbar compartment (rear);
- improved base and various flanges for organizing power input.

Is the FORMAT PRO system suitable for installation of electrical equipment not only of the ARMAT series, but also of other series, as well as equipment from third-party manufacturers?
The FORMAT structure can be adapted for installation of any electrical equipment using universal mounting plates and rails. However, such a solution will not be the FORMAT PRO system and cannot be considered a tested solution.

Is it possible to organize a built-in compartment in the FORMAT PRO system?
The FORMAT PRO system allows for the organization of built-in cable/busbar compartments with a width of 200 mm and 400 mm.

Is the flange included in the roof and base kit of the enclosure?
The roof and base delivery kit in the FORMAT PRO system does not include a flange. The base has a hole that allows installation of various types of flanges: blind, ventilated and assembled.
