Optical patch cords are used to switch optical communication lines and connect them to network and measuring equipment. An optical patch cord is a fiber optic cable terminated with an optical connector, if the cable is terminated only on one side, this kind of patch cord is called a pigtail. For our patch cords and pigtails we use only the best Corning fiber, an important factor in the quality of the patch cord is also the quality of the connector and in our connectors we use only ferrules (Ferrule Connector) of Adamant japanese company.

The optical connecting cord is a patch cord terminated on different sides by means of different types of connectors. Just as the pigtail, a is single-mode and multi-mode are provided.

The screws used for mechanical and electrical connections are protected from corrosion and loosening.

Plastic pin on the power connector casing allows fixing the lid of the mating part of the connection and prevents possible unauthorized disconnection during mechanical impact on the connected cable due to its tension.

Cable inlet is provided with a gland preventing damage to the cable. The gland is suitable for cables of different diameters.

Pin contacts are made of electrical brass, and socket units are made of phosphorous bronze. To prevent corrosion, all the elements are nickel-plated.

The pressure caused by the contact slots of the contact plugs prevents an easy insertion and and extraction of the plug. The plug does not fall out from the socket during normal operation.

Parts made of elastomeric materials such as O-rings, gaskets are resistant to aging.

Light signaling indicators are intended for indicating the state of electric circuits.
They are applied in electric panels, industrial equipment and power supply objects.

Various color variants provide for the most efficient arrangement of panels and boards.

The 63A and 125A sockets are equipped with a "pilot" contact that turns on after the other pins of the plug are connected, and when disconnected, it is the one that opens first. The pilot contact is located in the center of the contact circle of a 4 or 5-pin connector.

All connectors of MAGNUM series are provided with columnar-type clamps with two clamping screws. The screws are placed in the same direction for ease of installation. The clamp firmly secures the conductor, provides high contact pressure, low contact resistance, less heat. Ends of the screws are ground, that eliminates the cutting of live wires.

Fixed connectors have two cable inlets - bottom and top. In both inlets are provided with plastic membranes to provide a degree of protection IP, they can be cut off before installing the gland into the inlet.

To tighten the collet closing mechanism a nut with slots for unscrewing and screwing is used. A bead on hexagon surface is made to abut against it and prevents the dropping off the wrench. For easy screwing a nut with a hand, special retainer tangs are provided on the outer surface.

In stationary connectors the lateral holes for screws, intended for the assembly of two halves of the casing are located inside the casing, and they are not visible from the outside. After the assembly the screws heads shall be recessed in a niche that excludes their damage.

The design of portable connectors provides a collet closing mechanism made of elastic material. The design of the collet closing mechanism, due to the presence of teeth on the collets, ensures secure fixing of the cable in the casing when tightening the nut, and the desired IP degree of protection.

On the socket lid a convenient upper arm and lower hook are provided to open the lid. With the upper arm you can easily open the lid on a portable socket to connect it with one hand. Lower hook is useful for opening the lid of fixed or built-in socket.
