Switching panels or patch panels are an essential part of any low voltage cabling system and IT infrastructure of a building and structure with a large number of information sockets and terminal ports of end users, which must be switched to the ports of active network equipment located in server and distribution units.

Depending on the mounting method, scale of the cable system, type of network, ITK produces patch panels for wall mounting or mounting on a 19-inch structure, as per the number of ports of 12-, 24-, 48-, 50- port categories, 3 (telephone), 5E, 6, 6A with or without cable organizer.

Patch panels for mounting in a 19-inch cabinet or rack, comply with the standard 19-inch (482.6 mm), they have holes on the left and right sides for mounting on the profile, they are manufactured of a height of 1 or 2 units. On the front side all ITK patch panels have a special area for additional marking and digital numbering of ports, on the back side IDC modules have color and digital numbering. There are also products with a cable organizer on the front or rear side to facilitate installation and cabling.

All ITK patch panels of 5E UTP category comply with international standards UL 1863, ISO/IEC 11801:2002, TIA/EIA-568-B, the coding of conductors is made on the rear side according to T568B and A. Available in two versions: with and without cable organizer; have a front area for additional marking; supplied in a cardboard box together with fasteners.
