Description
The sodium high pressure lamp of type DNaT IEK (arc sodium with tubular bulb) is one of the most efficient source of visible radiation. It has the highest luminous efficacy among the gas-discharge lamps and minor decrease of light flux, with long service life. Due to its power-saving and reliability characteristics, DNaT lamp is widely used in lighting systems for city, roads and highways. The gas-discharge lamps of types DRI and DNaT require the special devices for discharge initiation with appropriate ballast (BL – ballast or EBL – electronic ballast) and impulse starting device (ISD).
