The system is represented by a small number of universal connecting components that can be used in many ways to solve a single task. You can mount the new racks, trays combine the old with the new ones, make a branch from an existing route.

Rounded edges of all cuts maximize injury prevention for assembling staff and avoid damage to the cable from sharp edges of the wire.

The upper longitudinal wire protrudes slightly beyond the dimensions of the tray, so you can use a locking cover together with a tray. The lock on the cover allows it to be fixed securely during vertical mounting of cable routing.

System installation can be performed by one installer. The main tool needed for mounting tracks is cutter.

Together with the tray a partition can be used, which serves to separate the tray into two or more sections in case of mounting the wires of different types (and power information) in one tray in order to avoid interferences.

For fixing the tray to the walls and ceiling, a wide range of multipurpose fasteners is offered, allowing to perform a cable system of any complexity.

Possibility to form multi-level systems while keeping easy access to the cable routing.

The wire tray can serve as a grounding bus. Accordingly, there is no need to purchase and lay copper cable as a grounding bus. It reduces the cost of materials and work, saves time.

Residual Current Circuit Breakers with Overload protection (RCBO) AD12 and AD14 are a quick-acting protection circuit breakers ensure:
– versions with tripping settings 10, 30 and 100 mA: protection of persons against electric shock in case of unintentional direct contact with live parts of electric equipment;
– versions with tripping setting 300 mA: protection against fire caused by ignition of live parts insulation;
– protection against overload and short-circuit;
– protection against inadmissibly increased mains voltage (AD12M).

The devices have indication of tripping caused by differential current, and AD12M also has LED indicator of ON status. The AD12M maintains operability when mains voltage drops to 110 V.

The devices use VA47-29 circuit breakers as commutation assemblies.
