Bright light from FEREKS for GUM Skating Rink
The main ice rink of the country ― GUM Skating Rink, located on Red Square in Moscow, is illuminated by FEREKS production luminaires.
This is not the largest, but perhaps the most atmospheric skating rink in Moscow ― the location obliges. A special mood is set by holiday decorations, a winter fair nearby, master classes from sports stars and, of course, Red Square itself.
Lighting plays an important role in creating the atmosphere at the rink. It is provided by FFL LED luminaires from FEREKS. They are installed on trusses at a height of 4.5 m and evenly illuminate the ice without blinding skaters.
