"As a manufacturer of electrical equipment, we are interested in improving the professionalism of specialists working in this market. This largely determines the reliable operation of our equipment, the company's reputation, and consumer trust. Nowadays, processes are becoming increasingly automated, so a modern electrician requires skills in automation, working with self-learning systems, and interacting with artificial intelligence. Cooperation with the company 'Rosseti Moskovsky region' will allow combining resources and experience in developing personnel potential," says Natalia Belskaya, Director of Human Resources at IEK GROUP.
"We are confident that thanks to joint efforts, electrical installation specialists, not only in the Moscow region but also in the future throughout Russia, will have their own platform for improving professional skills and expanding their knowledge base about the latest technologies and work methodologies. Another important area of cooperation is increasing the scientific and educational level of production and pedagogical personnel of the company. For this, special educational programs and internships will be organized. It is important to note that our partnership will contribute to the implementation of modern scientific and technical developments in the field of building materials, which, in turn, will strengthen our company's position in the market and positively impact the entire energy industry," commented Alexey Irzhak.
IEK GROUP has been involved in developing the electrical installer profession since 2013. The main goal of projects in this direction is to form a community of highly professional electricians who know IEK products and know how to work with them. The Electricians Championship is one such project. IEK GROUP participated in the development of the professional standard for the "Electrical Installation" competency, which is now in effect in BRICS countries.
The company "Rosseti Moskovsky region" is also an active participant in the development of professional competencies, for example, organizing professional skills competitions among specialists.
