The Open Electricians Championship IEK — 2025 has concluded. This year, we received over 5000 applications to participate, and the competition format became international. Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan — the strongest electrical installers clashed in the battle for the main prize. 35 finalists, who passed a rigorous selection, proved: here everything is decided by skill, speed, and cold calculation.
The Kazan Energy College became the competition venue. Welcoming speeches at the opening were given by the First Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of regional ministries, and top managers of IEK GROUP.
"In 2025, the Championship final is being held in Kazan for the first time, and this is symbolic — the capital of Tatarstan is traditionally considered one of the centers of technological mastery. We have long-term cooperation with Kazan Energy College, and they train specialists of the highest level here," says Natalia Bel'skaya, Director of Human Resources at IEK GROUP.
The finalists demonstrated all their skills! They had to mount a section of cable tray, assemble an electrical panel, create and program a branched lighting system — all within a limited time and under the watchful eye of experts.
In Kazan, electricians tested a new product for the first time, which is not even on sale yet — NESTA wire trays. The contestants worked with well-known IEK products: TEKFOR enclosures and ARMAT modular equipment. Cable for the competition task was provided by our partners — the company "Russkiy Svet".
Despite the competition, the contestants supported each other, joked, creating an atmosphere of friendship and ease at the venue. A real professional community!

After the competition, the finalists went to the traditional "Roasting." This time its heroes were the TEKFOR and KREPTA 5 plastic enclosures, which the participants discussed, examined, and analyzed from all sides!
The task for the experts of the Championship final was also difficult: how to choose the best among professionals of such level? It was necessary to consider all the nuances of the electricians' work, evaluate each of their actions.

In the "Juniors" league:
1st place — Danil Hisamutdinov, Kazan (prize 120 thousand rubles);2nd place — Le Tuan Tu, Kazan (prize 80 thousand rubles);3rd place — Andrey Pyl'tsyn, Nevinnomyssk (prize 50 thousand rubles).
In the "Professionals" league:
1st place — Ilya Chuprov, Moscow (prize 200 thousand rubles);2nd place — Denis Volkov, Kazan (prize 120 thousand rubles);3rd place — Bulat Safiullin, Kazan (prize 80 thousand rubles).
In addition to cash prizes, the top three winners will receive BRICS certificates and the right to participate in the international professional skills championship "Hi-Tech".
