During the construction of a new data processing center in the administration building of Tyumen, comprehensive solutions from IEK GROUP were used: ITK AIR CAB precision cabinet air conditioners and ITK structured cabling system components.
ITK AIR CAB precision cabinet air conditioners are installed to maintain the required air temperature and humidity parameters in the data center rooms. This is high-tech equipment — a fully domestic product, designed and manufactured in Russia. It is intended for round-the-clock operation in technological rooms, server rooms, machine halls, computing centers where it is necessary to maintain the required air parameters with high accuracy.
The main advantages of these air conditioners are a wide choice of options (AC/EC motors, humidifiers, filters, etc.) and the possibility of detailed monitoring, including remote monitoring via Modbus, Bacnet, Lonworks protocols.
To ensure uninterrupted operation of the devices in the data center room, ITK structured cabling system components were also chosen: patch panels and patch cords. The former are a crucial part of any SCS and IT infrastructure of buildings with a large number of information outlets and user terminal ports. They are connected to the ports of active network equipment located in server and distribution rooms. Also, patch panels have a large number of connection ports in a compact size and fully comply with GOST R and international standards UL 1863, ISO/IEC 11801:2002, TIA/EIA-568-B, conductor coding according to T568B and A.
Patch cords are marked indicating the cable category, number of pairs, type and diameter of conductors, cord length. For ease of installation, reducing errors during line termination and connection in distribution devices, and separating cable lines depending on the application area, the ITK assortment includes patch cords in various color options.
