The High Technologies Championship is over. Winners and prize-winners of the competition were announced in Veliky Novgorod. IEK GROUP acted as a platinum partner of the event.
This year, at the initiative of IEK GROUP, the "Dispatching of Production Processes" competency was included in the competition block. In the realities of the digital economy and import substitution, it predictably became the center of attention for employers. The only finalist who received a job offer right at the Championship represented precisely this competency.
The new competency attracted not only employers. The participants themselves showed great interest, as during the Championship they could experience the profession and make the right career decision. The direction was also popular among mentors and teachers who are training new personnel for Russian industry.
"The dispatching system allows managing engineering equipment at various technological facilities: from an office building to a large industrial cluster. MasterSCADA, which the Championship participants worked with, is an existing Russian software platform. It is even used on the nuclear fleet. It is not surprising that competitors in this competency are in demand already at the competition stage," emphasized Petr Nekrasov, Head of the Department for Work with Expert Communities and Educational Institutions at IEK GROUP.
