IEK GROUP received the Grand Prix of the prestigious "Crystal Pyramid" award in the category "Best Digital Environment in HR". The award ceremony took place as part of the XXV HR Directors Summit.
Great attention is paid to digital transformation at IEK GROUP. Over the past three years, the majority of HR services in the company have been digitized, and more than 70% of all implemented IT solutions in this area were developed in-house. Thus, in 2021, only 9% of personnel issues could be resolved using electronic document management, while in 2024, more than 90% of HR services have been transferred to digital format.
The corporate portal of IEK GROUP is annually replenished with new services, which helps to form a comfortable environment for users. Company employees highly appreciated the new tools that allow optimizing HR processes, restructuring them taking into account a data-driven approach.
