IEK GROUP was included in the longlist of the BRICS SOLUTIONS AWARDS in the "Competencies and Personnel Development" nomination. The company's project - the Open Electricians Championship IEK - was included in the BRICS best practices library. The library was created in October 2024 on the initiative of the Russian side and united implemented projects aimed at promoting technologies, competencies, and digital communications from 10 countries.
IEK GROUP has been developing professional skills competitions since 2016. In 2023, the IEK Electricians Championship reached a new level, becoming truly open and accessible for participation by any industry specialist. In 2024 alone, more than 3500 professionals from all over Russia participated in the championship. And the final of the Open IEK Electricians Championship became the official industry stage of the international BRICS FUTURE AND TECH CHALLENGE championship.
