The Russian Association of Managers awarded the winners of the "People Matter" competition. The Open Electricians Championship IEK — an IEK GROUP project — received high praise from the jury and became the undisputed winner in the category "Building Relationships with Partners and Clients".
The "People Matter" competition involves companies investing in sustainable development and corporate social responsibility programs. IEK GROUP, becoming the winner in its category, surpassed, among others, the companies "Rosgosstrakh Life" and "Metalloinvest".
Sergey Loktev, Sales Director and Head of Digital Development of Customer Service at IEK GROUP:
"The figures best tell about the VII Open Electricians Championship IEK, held in 2024. We invited over 100 thousand electricians to participate, and 25 thousand of them expressed a desire to test their skills in the competition. 3500 specialists from 89 cities started online testing, and based on its results, 105 electricians advanced to the in-person semi-finals — the competition was 33 people per place! And in the Championship final, 35 people who passed such a tough selection competed for the winner's title.
In 2025, the IEK Electricians Championship will become international. Invitations to participate will be sent to over 120,000 electricians from Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan, the geography of in-person events will be expanded, and the competitions will become even more interesting. The Championship is reaching a new level — and it will be great!".
Natalia Bel'skaya, Human Resources Director at IEK GROUP:
"I thank the IEK team that implements the championship! This is our common victory! The Open Electricians Championship IEK is our contribution to maintaining high standards of electrical installation, developing the profession, and forming an industry ecosystem where the manufacturer, representatives of the education system, and industry professionals meet. The Electricians Championship not only received high praise from the jury of the 'People Matter' competition but also became a significant event in the professional community, which is already awaiting the new cycle of competitions in 2025."
