IEK GROUP Financial Director Mikhail Gorbachev participated in the "Future of the Bond Market" forum organized by the rating agency "Expert RA".
In his speech, Mikhail Gorbachev spoke about the company's successful bond issues and the path IEK GROUP has taken in recent years:
"We are no longer just a company engaged in electrical equipment. We have our own digital platform for working with customers, our own software for managing complex devices in production - MasterSCADA. We have created a system that allows implementing complex solutions for all industries - industry, construction, etc."
Mikhail Gorbachev also noted that the strategy of acquiring competencies of businesses within the company's perimeter, as well as the fact that the company reinvests a substantial share of profit into development, allow IEK GROUP to grow by approximately 20% each year.
Over the past 2 years, the company has conducted two successful bond issues totaling 4 billion rubles. Even in difficult economic conditions, IEK GROUP bonds enjoy high retail demand. Since 2021, the company has received an investment rating from "Expert RA", in 2023 the agency confirmed the company's creditworthiness rating at ruA- and changed the outlook from stable to positive.
