A new warehouse complex of IEK GROUP has opened in Rostov-on-Don. The test launch period has been completed, and the company has already started regular shipments.

The new site will contribute to expanding the company's presence in the south of Russia and will ensure fast and uninterrupted delivery of products to partners in the Southern and North Caucasus federal districts.

The opening of the new warehouse is one of the stages in implementing the IEK GROUP strategy, which envisions, among other things, building up production and logistics capacities in Russian regions.
Earlier, in July 2024, IEK GROUP signed a long-term lease agreement for 67,500 sq. m in the "Kuvekino" industrial park in New Moscow to organize a central logistics hub, which will receive products from different production sites of the company and distribute them among regional warehouses. This is the largest deal in the warehouse real estate market of the Moscow region in 2024.
