An unusual interior, evoking thoughts of pine forests, mountains, and blue lakes, was created by the designers of another episode of the program "Apartment Question" on NTV. During the renovation of a bedroom for the Rybakov couple, they used, among other things, SKANDY IEK wiring accessories.
The episode's heroes, Alena and Konstantin Rybakov, love hiking and mountain travel. Their passion determined the appearance of the bedroom. Taking mountains as the basis of the project, the designers combined four elements in it — earth, water, air, and fire. Earth is represented by a wardrobe that, with the help of decorative plaster, became like cliffs. Fire is symbolized by a decorative fireplace, water — by a wall panel imitating ripples on water, air — by a photo panel depicting a sunlit forest.
The interior features colors unusual for living spaces. These are deep, even dark natural shades — gray like stone, brown like wood, green like coniferous forest. The soft light of many luminaires creates a feeling of sun rays penetrating through tree crowns.
SKANDY IEK series wiring accessories help control this lighting. The designers used products in black. Some of them were installed in an atypical place for this — on the side walls of bedside tables. This allows turning on the light or charging a gadget without getting out of bed.
Despite the unusualness of the interior, SKANDY switches and sockets look "native" in it. Their restrained style suits the setting of any room. And the variety of colors, materials from which the products are made, and textures allows choosing an option that optimally fits into a specific setting.
