The IEK DIGITAL FORUM took place in Moscow - an important event in the world of industrial automation. The main part of the event was the presentation of the new brand for the focus direction of industrial automation within IEK GROUP - IEK DIGITAL.
The venue for the IEK DIGITAL FORUM was the "Lomonosov" cluster - the flagship of the Moscow State University Innovation Scientific and Technological Center "Vorobyovy Gory". The event was attended by over 400 guests. Within the framework of the forum, specialists in the field of design and implementation of SCADA systems discussed industry problems.
Heated discussions unfolded in two halls. Participants included representatives of integrating companies and customers, industrial enterprises, engineering companies, design institutes, information security specialists, artificial intelligence, and energy efficiency specialists.
In roundtable format, we discussed the "hottest" topics:
- how the situation on the market is shaping up after the departure of Western vendors
- what technologies domestic manufacturers offer and whether they can replace foreign counterparts
- how to ensure information security for customers and partners
- the possibilities and prospects of applying artificial intelligence in managing the production process.
Theoretical points were supported by examples of real cases and presentations of existing tools. They could be reviewed in the exhibition area: 14 integrating companies demonstrated their solutions created in cooperation with IEK DIGITAL.
The new brand for the industrial automation direction, IEK DIGITAL, presented at the forum, continues the implementation of the global business strategy for repositioning and creating a new brand architecture started by the company back in 2024.
IEK DIGITAL unites into a single ecosystem software components for creating complex SCADA systems, tasks of accounting and dispatching various objects, as well as cloud solutions for collecting, storing, and analyzing data.
Products released under this brand, such as one of the oldest Russian SCADA systems, MasterSCADA, are successfully used in more than 40 industries, including the oil and gas sector, energy, metallurgy, and utilities.
Welcoming forum guests, IEK GROUP General Director Andrey Zabelin noted that the principle of partnership underlies the company's mission and strategy, and therefore such events are of enormous importance for industry development. Currently, the possibility of making IEK DIGITAL FORUM an annual event is being considered.
