IEK GROUP has completed the deal to acquire LLC "EMBIOT" (brand ámbiot) - a developer of hardware and software for automation in the field of industrial internet of things (IIoT) and smart cities, intelligent power supply points, and smart urban lighting poles. Thus, IEK GROUP continues the implementation of its strategy to develop its digital competencies and strengthen its position in the industrial automation market.

— The integration of the company "EMBIOT" into the IEK GROUP ecosystem develops our digital competencies and opens up new opportunities for us to create comprehensive solutions for tasks in the field of process automation and the internet of things. Already now, "EMBIOT" products can be integrated into MasterBMS - a configurator that allows creating a ready-made MasterSCADA 4D project for managing building engineering systems. Smart lighting systems together with luminaires and automation equipment from IEK will allow creating a comprehensive offering for lighting industrial and infrastructure facilities.

IEK DIGITAL software is successfully used in 40 industries. All products are fully domestic developments. The brand's assortment includes solutions that comply with the requirements of FSTEC Order N239 dated December 25, 2017, for automating significant critical infrastructure objects.
