IEK GROUP participated for the first time in the INFRASpace infrastructure summit, organized with the support and participation of the Russian Ministry of Construction, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the Economic Development Agency, other organizations, and government structures.
At the session "Smart City: Innovations in Urban Management", the head of the sales department of LLC "MPS Soft" (part of IEK GROUP) Alexey Pichugin presented products contributing to the digitalization of urban infrastructure. In particular, he demonstrated the MasterSCADA platform for designing dispatching control and data acquisition systems, emphasizing the importance of an integrated approach.
"We do not have a universal solution that could satisfy the needs of all customers at once," noted Alexey Pichugin. "We focus on developing product portfolios where one product complements another, which allows creating flexible solutions for specific tasks. Besides MasterSCADA, our company offers platforms for creating digital twins of buildings, tools for designing and operating engineering systems, as well as configurators for developing project documentation. Furthermore, we produce equipment for industrial automation."
Using the example of the Main Church of the Russian Armed Forces in the "Patriot" park, Alexey Pichugin demonstrated how IEK GROUP solutions work in practice. Specifically for this facility, a system was developed providing automatic control of ventilation, thermal curtains, cooling, transoms, and fan coil units. It also controls the operation of sewer shutters and pumping stations, grease traps, water and power supply, regulates lighting, roof drain heating, signal lights, underfloor heating, snow melting systems, the font, and gates.
Our products not only manage systems but also help reduce their maintenance costs. The platforms predict possible breakdowns and indicate the need for equipment replacement, which allows avoiding production process stoppages.
"When developing new solutions, we follow three key trends: introduction of artificial intelligence, import substitution, and ensuring digital security," added Alexey Pichugin. "All our platforms are reliably protected, are Russian developments, and are compatible with domestic software."
