IEK GROUP confirmed its status as a successful company with a strong team, becoming a winner of the Team Awards 2025 in the nomination "Breakthrough of the Year."
Team Awards is an international award in the field of building strong teams. Its goal is to identify advanced team management practices, improve work quality, and company effectiveness in new realities. The award is given for the most effective, bold, and innovative projects. In 2025, over 50 representatives of large and medium-sized businesses participated, and a total of 65 applications were submitted in four nominations: "Leader of the Year," "Team of the Year," "HR Ambassadors," "Breakthrough of the Year."
IEK GROUP presented the "Open Electricians Championship" project. This is one of the largest annual professional competitions in the electrical equipment industry, aimed at popularizing the electrical installation profession and creating a dynamic specialist development system.
In 2025, the Championship is held at an international level: not only electricians from Russia but also their colleagues from Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan are competing for the title of the best. The semi-final winners are already known, and the competition final will take place in Kazan on May 20. Tournament winners will receive certificates ranging from 50 to 200 thousand rubles depending on the place taken, an international certificate of compliance with profession standards, and recognition from the expert community.
"This award for our Championship is not the first, we have already received recognition from the professional community, becoming winners of the 'HR Brand' and 'Delo v Lyudyakh' awards. Undoubtedly, such success is a natural result of the coordinated work of the entire team. When preparing championships, our colleagues carefully work out interaction both with each other and with external partners to create a truly interesting, spectacular, and useful event for all participants," shares IEK GROUP HR Director Natalia Belskaya. "Come to our final to break many stereotypes for yourself and see with your own eyes what modern electricians are like. There are many girls among the participants, and last year a schoolgirl reached the final, competing on par with experienced men."
