IEK GROUP became one of the largest tenants in the Class A business center Comcity, occupying office premises over 7000 sq.m, and has already begun the phased relocation of employees to the new office.

Over recent years, the company's staff has exceeded 4300 employees, and they became cramped in the previous premises.
The company successfully underwent digital transformation, implemented dozens of convenient services, and gained experience in building a virtual office. This allowed part of the personnel to work remotely or in a hybrid format. Nevertheless, office employees require workplaces, so the central unit will be located in more modern and functional premises.
The Comcity business park is within walking distance from the Rumyantsevo metro station and Kievskoye Shosse. For the convenience of employees living in remote districts, corporate transport has been launched. The architecture of the business park, increased natural light from enlarged windows, and open spaces contribute to increased efficiency and employee well-being.
"Comcity is spacious offices, developed modern infrastructure, convenient location, pleasant proximity to landscaped recreation areas. This is how our colleagues who already work at the new place describe the business center. As a responsible employer, IEK GROUP also values the conditions for safe work created at Comcity and confirmed by the international LEED Gold Certification for building environmental sustainability.
The company aimed to make the new office conducive to informal communication among colleagues and productive exchange of ideas, which is why there are many different public spaces and comfortable meeting rooms here. We spend about a third of our adult life at work, and an ergonomic, well-organized office is one of the basic tasks of a socially responsible employer. We are glad that we can effectively solve this task in cooperation with Comcity," says Natalia Belskaya, HR Director of IEK GROUP.
