IEK GROUP participated for the first time in the "Power of the Platform" forum — one of the country's largest events in the field of design and digitalization in construction, organized by the CAD-platform developer NanoCAD company "Nanosoft."
In the "Lomonosov" innovation cluster, 11 parallel streams were organized, where design engineers of the country's largest companies, as well as BIM specialists and developers, shared experiences, talked about construction projects being created with the help of Russian solutions and becoming part of the country's future.
IEK GROUP presented at the forum a new service for users of the IEK cable management systems database on the NanoCAD platform — "Albums for the Project." This tool automatically creates sets of standard configurations of cable management systems for a specific object.
Advantages of the new service:
- Saves time — no need to manually adapt standard solutions for each new project.
- Simplifies work — the service itself generates the needed configurations before starting design.
The service will be useful when developing projects using more than ten standard configurations of cable management systems.
Besides the new item, IEK GROUP presented to forum visitors other digital products integrated into NanoCAD — databases "Lighting Equipment" and "IEK. Cabinets, Switching Devices, and ACSR," as well as its own digital products for designers, united under the brand IEK DIGITAL.

One of the key ones is the MasterDigitalTwin application — a "digital twin" of an object:
- displays the equipment status on an accurate 3D model of the enterprise in real time
- collects and archives all data: sensor readings, technical characteristics, documentation
- allows predicting the object's condition, aiding in maintenance planning.
At the technology exhibition, suppliers and integrators of software and equipment demonstrated capabilities and functionality of solutions intended for various design and construction areas. The IEK GROUP stand aroused great interest among forum participants, which was attended by over 1250 people offline and 6300 — online.
