IEK GROUP (JSC "IEK HOLDING") announces the formation of a new link in the management structure - the directorate for financial, economic, and legal regulation. It is headed by Mikhail Gorbachev, who has been working at IEK GROUP since 2009 and previously held the position of Financial Director.
His responsibility in the new position includes managing the company's finances, legal support of its activities, as well as interaction with investors and government bodies. Furthermore, under Mikhail Gorbachev's leadership, a number of key projects will continue to be implemented, including the development of the DACCORD business (which united assets previously belonging to Legrand Group).
"Combining functions within the new directorate is a logical step to increase management efficiency and business sustainability. We face ambitious tasks, and I am confident that the coordinated work of the team, deep understanding of processes, and a systematic approach will allow us to contribute to the sustainable and effective growth of IEK GROUP. Moreover, since the end of 2022 (the moment of the company's first entry into the bond market), we have a new category of stakeholders - investors.
