In Kaluga, results of the industrial block of the final of the Professional Skills Championship "Professionals" 2025 were summed up. The most numerous was the "Electrical Installation" competency. IEK GROUP traditionally acted as its partner and expert. The youngest championship winners — junior electricians — were awarded by Vladislav Shapsha, Governor of Kaluga Region, and Hero of Russia cosmonaut Konstantin Borisov.
"Pleasantly surprised by the fact that most participants in the championship in the 'Electrical Installation' competency are finalists of the IEK Electricians Championship 2025 in the 'juniors' category. They also occupied the entire winners' podium in the main standings," notes Natalia Bel'skaya, Director of Human Resources at IEK GROUP. — "This indicates that we have chosen the right strategy for developing professionals in the electrical market, supporting the holding of blue-collar skills championships and creating opportunities for exchange of professional experience for current specialists."
Competition participants assembled industrial electrical installations controlled by logic controllers and programmed complex electrical systems. All tasks were performed on IEK and ONI equipment.

Within the Championship, the Forum "85 Years of Secondary Vocational Education" took place. At the round table "Learning to Teach: Training Pedagogical Personnel in the Secondary Vocational Education System", IEK GROUP specialists told what information resources and training programs from the company will help teachers learn more about industrial automation.
IEK GROUP has been supporting professional skills championships for over 10 years and is a partner of the All-Russian Championship Movement "Professionals". The company traditionally develops the "Electrical Installation" competency; last year it initiated competitions in the "Dispatching of Production Processes" direction.
