IEK GROUP General Director Andrey Zabelin chaired the jury of the "HR Brand-2024" award, and the holding's HR Director Natalia Belskaya joined its Expert Council.

Now IEK GROUP representatives act as experts for the award. The jury chaired by Andrey Zabelin (the chairman is a guarantee of objectivity and impartiality of the judging panel) at the final meeting selected winners among the finalist companies. The 2024 leaders were determined in seven nominations according to three criteria: relevance of the concept, modernity of implementation methods, and correspondence of the final result to the set goals and tasks. The names of the winning companies and their projects will be announced on May 29 at the award ceremony.
