PJSC "Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works" is the largest enterprise of ferrous metallurgy in Russia, one of the world's leading steel companies. MMK unites a large metallurgical complex with a full production cycle and research potential. The plant produces a wide range of metal products, a significant share of which is premium-class products. In 2021, the plant faced the task of modernizing lighting in production premises. Old lighting was replaced with FHB series luminaires. In total, over
Industrial LED luminaires of this series are produced at the production facilities of the unified business structure within IEK GROUP. This is a full-cycle production; the produced luminaires have a conclusion from the Ministry of Industry and Trade confirming production in the Russian Federation, and are included in the Unified Register of Russian Radio-Electronic Products.
The feature of FHB series luminaires is their universality, possibility of use at various productions, in different (including extreme) operating conditions. Such universality is achieved due to the variability of housing types, possibility of installing the power supply inside or outside the luminaire. At the same time, FHB series luminaires are compatible with equipment from other brands, so if necessary (for example, in case of supply restrictions), only the driver can be replaced. Also, the products are compatible with various control systems and protocols.
The FHB series also includes high-temperature luminaires, specially developed for extreme operating conditions, which is important for a metallurgical enterprise. These models have IP66 protection class, housings are made of aluminum, and tempered glass is used. Depending on the room temperature, there are three options for mounting the luminaires. For 60 degrees, models with driver on the housing are used; for 70 degrees, the power supply is installed at a distance of 1 m from the housing; and in rooms with temperature
