On May 27, a major press conference of IEK GROUP was held at the International Information Agency "Russia Today" (RIA Novosti), timed to the company's 25th anniversary and the final of the VII Open IEK Electricians Championship. Our successes in the market, industry and professional community development, and plans for the future were discussed by IEK GROUP Executive Director Mikhail Gorbachev, Commercial Director Artem Maimor, and HR Director Natalia Belskaya.

What was discussed at the press conference?
The last three years have been the period of fastest growth for IEK GROUP. Revenue grows annually by no less than 20%, for 2023 it amounted to over 44.7 billion rubles. Since 2016 , more than 5 billion rubles have been invested in production development, and today the company has 10 production sites on the territory of Russia.
Executive Director of IEK GROUP Mikhail Gorbachev:
"Only over the last 15 years, the company has grown 10 times. And the most active growth occurred during crisis years - in 2009, 2015-2016, and 2022-2023. This indicates that we know how to cope with any challenges and respond flexibly to market changes."
Artem Maimor spoke about how the company has changed over 25 years, becoming a developer and supplier of complex comprehensive solutions. And also reminded: annually our assortment increases by 10% and now amounts to over 30,000 positions.
One of the key directions in the company is the development of the labor market for blue-collar professions, in particular, electrical installers. An important project - the Open IEK Electricians Championship - since 2023 has been reoriented towards private electricians, and this year 3500 specialists participated in it. The championship, as well as modern professional standards, the corporate culture adopted in the company, and the people who work at IEK, were discussed with journalists by Natalia Belskaya.
