The inspection audit of IEK GROUP for compliance with the requirements of STO GAZPROM 9001-2018 "Quality Management Systems. Requirements" has been completed. It was conducted by LLC "KC Perspektiva". The head of the audit group noted positive dynamics in the management system and promising projects of IEK GROUP.
STO GAZPROM 9001-2018 is an international standard establishing requirements for a quality management system in an organization. It helps companies improve their business processes and ensure high quality of products or services. IEK GROUP follows the most complex scheme in the INTERGAZCERT voluntary certification system - 1a. It consists of four stages: business reputation assessment, Gazprom QMS, GOST QMS, and GOST for products.
The audit commission highly appreciated the level of strategic and project management in the company, as well as its digital maturity and developed customer service. In recent years, tools such as the EFQM business excellence standard and the business platform have been implemented at IEK GROUP. Long-term development programs also exist: for example, a plan for transforming supply chains and a special program for improving working conditions.
All this, as well as the high professionalism and involvement of employees, allows IEK GROUP to constantly improve key business indicators and manage the company effectively, as noted by members of the expert group. According to them, IEK GROUP's strategic management practice is one of the best in Russia.
