- Included in the BRICS library of best practices — here collected are implemented projects aimed at promoting technologies, competencies, and digital communications from BRICS council countries.
- HR Brand of the Year, in the "Capital" nomination
(2nd prize) — second only to the Moscow Government. - HR Brand of the Year in the special nomination "HR by Other Rules" from T2.
- "Delo v Lyudyakh" (It's About People) Award

Since 2023, the Open Electricians Championship has been held in cooperation with MPEI — a leading Russian university in the fields of energy, electrical engineering, radio engineering, electronics, and information technologies. University experts develop competition tasks and evaluate participants' work.

The VIII Open IEK Electricians Championship will have participants from 4 countries — Russia, Uzbekistan, Belarus, and Kazakhstan. Will Russian masters withstand the competition?
The prize fund is also reaching a new level!
- Certificate for 200,000 rubles for the winner in the "Pro" league and 120,000 rubles — in the "Juniors" league. Total prize fund — 3,000,000 rubles.
- The top three championship leaders will receive additional points when applying for a bachelor's degree at MPEI.
