
In Tyumen, a school unique for the Ural Federal District operates — the only one in the UFD with 1500 student places. IEK GROUP supplied electrical equipment for it.
The school was built within the framework of the national project "Education". Its area is about 27 thousand sq. meters. As reported by the portal "Tyumenskaya Liniya," the school was built according to a unique project. The building consists of six blocks of different heights — three and four stories, executed in the form of a closed circle with an inner courtyard.
The building has two gyms, a library, a medical block, a canteen with a dining hall for 750 seats, and an assembly hall with a capacity of 375 people. In the recreation areas for student rest, chess zones are equipped, table tennis tables are installed.
IEK GROUP specialists selected already ready and developed new solutions for the project in accordance with the technical specification. Within tight deadlines, the necessary equipment was manufactured and delivered to the school.
The educational institution was equipped with ITK LINEA E series floor-standing cabinets, intended for housing telecommunications equipment. The cabinet is modular, consists of a base, roof, vertical racks, profiles, and doors. Equipment can be mounted from four sides: the cabinet design provides front and rear doors, as well as removable side walls.
ITK patch cords are used for fiber optic line communication and connecting them to network and measuring equipment. They are distinguished by resistance to multiple bending and twisting loads. All ITK patch cords indicate the cable category, number of pairs, conductor type and diameter, cord length. Also, cords differ in colors, which facilitates installation, reduces the likelihood of error during termination and line communication in distribution devices, and helps separate cable lines depending on the application area.
For cable routing in the school, IEK ESCA series sheet metal trays were used. Non-perforated rolled trays are part of IEK metal cable management systems. Intended for routing and protection of power and low-current cables, made from roll cold-rolled steel, galvanized by conveyor method.
