In the first week of 2024, employees of IEK GROUP production complexes managed not only to rest but also to work hard.
At the main production site of IEK GROUP in Yasnogorsk, Tula region, products that are in stable demand among consumers are manufactured. In just a few days during the New Year holidays, the following were produced:
- 26,850 metal enclosures
- 115,265 plastic boxes
- 234,438 linear meters of metal cable support systems.
Already on January 4, the company's plant in Troitsk, which manufactures twisted pair cable, started up. Work continued 24/7 to supply the telecommunications products market with high-quality LAN cable.
Production volume at IEK GROUP enterprises is growing every year, while the quality of finished products remains consistently high. The company strives to maximize the localization of its production, mastering the production of new products annually.
Deputy General Director of IEK GROUP for Production Oleg Ilyin notes: "In 2023, the company grew significantly not only in product output, but we also increased the number of enterprises. In 2024, IEK GROUP production complexes face even more ambitious goals. They will be achieved by expanding existing enterprises and organizing new sites, increasing production capacity, as well as implementing automation and digitalization projects. Great attention will also be paid to production processes, strict product quality control, and the implementation of projects for employee engagement, motivation, and retention."
Recall that in 2023, the company's production capacity expanded. A new workshop with an area of 12,000 sq. m, equipped with modern technological lines, started operations in Yasnogorsk. In the fall, a plant manufacturing cable products opened in Troitsk. The "Tekfor" plant increased the production volume of plastic enclosures and accessories for them by more than 1.5 times. The lighting equipment enterprises LEDEL and FEREKS in Kazan worked systematically and stably. And in October 2023, the company acquired the Russian assets of the French company Legrand, planning to invest over 1 billion rubles in the development of its plants in the next 3 years.
