At the Skolkovo School of Management, IEK GROUP General Director Andrey Zabelin and Director of the Information Technology Department, Head of Business Digital Transformation (CDTO) Dmitry Losev told the listeners of the Digital Shift program how to implement a digital culture in a company.
Andrey Zabelin himself studied in the fourth cohort of the Digital Shift (ex CDTO) program, Dmitry Losev was a graduate of the fifth cohort of the "Chief Product Officer: managing product strategy" program. And for two cohorts, IEK GROUP top managers have been acting as experts in the Digital Shift program, which helps leaders and entrepreneurs understand how to get more effect from processes, products, and teams using digital products and AI.
Andrey Zabelin and Dmitry Losev share the experience of the company's digital transformation using the example of the corporate project "Tech Leaders". More than 100 top managers and owners of companies of various scales and directions (from resource extraction to building materials production and consulting) have already become acquainted with this case.
— "Tech Leaders" is part of a larger digital project Digital School, which is successfully implemented at IEK GROUP. In just three years, the number of useful digital projects completed by employees who previously had no relation to information technology has grown more than threefold. Many participants of the "Tech Leaders" project are now actively working on digital products in the company, — says Andrey Zabelin.
Dmitry Losev presented the students with a full-fledged case. Together with the listeners of the Digital Shift program, they discussed hypotheses and errors, suggested tools for implementing digital transformation projects, considered basic principles and key concepts, and told about possible obstacles in the process of implementing such projects.
At the final defense of the program's graduation projects, Andrey Zabelin was one of the experts. Only 7 projects were presented for discussion, and the experts helped the students assess the possibilities of their implementation and gave recommendations for minimizing risks. Also, Andrey Zabelin spoke at a meeting of the closed Alumni CDTO club, where graduates of the Digital Shift program discussed current topics, cases, and problems of current market players.
IEK GROUP's experience in implementing the "Tech Leaders" project will be useful for company leaders and entrepreneurs and will help them implement a digital culture in their companies.
