The internet portal hh.ru presented the employer rating based on the results of 2023. Companies with various numbers of employees from 23 industries participated. IEK GROUP entered the TOP-200 among large Russian companies and the TOP-20 in the "Industrial (non-food) production, trade and production companies" category.
In 2023, competition among employers participating in the rating seriously increased. 2266 companies submitted their applications, of which 1497 reached the final, while a year earlier there were only 1082 finalists. Meanwhile, IEK GROUP showed a worthy result, taking 142nd place out of 355 large companies. In the "Industrial (non-food) production, trade and production companies" category, the company reached 13th place.
When compiling the rating, results of questionnaires of company HR specialists, online surveys of their employees, as well as surveys of applicants were considered.
