
IEK GROUP enterprises participate in the national project "Labor Productivity," increasing work efficiency and optimizing production processes.
The FEREKS lighting factory in the village of Stolbishche (Republic of Tatarstan) joined the national project. The production of FLA 42 luminaires was chosen as a pilot site and creation of a sample section.

In 2021, the project also started at the LEDEL production site in the Levchenko settlement. One of the main results of the work was a 5.7% reduction in the assembly time of Street X1 outdoor luminaires.
"Production development remains one of the company's priorities," comments IEK GROUP General Director Andrey Zabelin. "We systematically introduce modern technologies and automate processes. I am confident that cooperation with FCC experts will help optimize production at the factory in Stolbishche and increase the enterprise's work efficiency."
The national project "Labor Productivity" started in 2018 and is successfully implemented in 85 subjects of the Russian Federation. Russian enterprises participating in it implement lean manufacturing principles, modern digital solutions, and conduct personnel retraining.
