IEK GROUP received the HR IMPACT award in the category Intellect & Creativity, the best HR idea implemented with available means. The "Tech Leaders" project surpassed the corporate programs of giants like SBER and "Alfa-Bank" and deservedly took first place!
The "Tech Leaders" project is part of the digital educational program Digital School, which IEK GROUP has been successfully implementing since 2020. Employees from various departments of the company interested in the world of IT can become tech leaders. Project curators, IT specialists, help colleagues improve their digital skills.
The results of the "Tech Leaders" project are impressive: many of its graduates are now actively working on digital products. At the Skolkovo School of Management, more than 100 top managers and owners of other Russian companies have already become acquainted with this case. — The "Tech Leaders" project has been repeatedly awarded, — says Natalia Bel'skaya, Human Resources Director of IEK GROUP. — In 2022, it was awarded the Grand Prix of the "Crystal Pyramid" award. Then we surpassed major Russian companies: SBER, JSC "Russian Railways", the "Rosatom" Corporation, PJSC "Gazprom Neft". Then we took 2nd place in the HR-brand-2022 award, in the "Federation" category, companies up to 5000 people. And in 2023, our project took 2nd place in the "People Matter" award in the "Human Resource Management" category and 1st place in the "Growth Point" category at InterComm. Every year, more and more IEK GROUP employees strive to become tech leaders, which means the idea of developing digital skills remains in trend.
