How to put a business on digital tracks, how to infect the entire team with the idea of digital changes, and build a developed digital culture? Dmitry Losev, Director of the Information Technology Department of IEK GROUP, answered current questions in an interview with the IT Directors Club 4CIO.

Dmitry Losev talked about the digital transformation that has been underway at IEK GROUP for several years. The introduction of digital technologies into business processes gave the company a significant economic effect, incomparable with ordinary automation.
Successful implementation of the business digital transformation strategy is directly linked to the company's corporate culture. For the large-scale implementation of digital changes, it is necessary to immerse the entire business in a state of urgency, need overall involvement, and also need Tech Leaders — "agents" of change in every department of the company. Initially, Tech Leaders undergo training from curators — colleagues from the Information Technology Department — and then solve digital issues within their department.
— Digital culture is formed when employees make decisions based on data, when they understand how digital can improve performance, when they measure their effectiveness using metrics and are constantly in the process of improving business processes through digital technologies, — says Dmitry Losev. — I think that at IEK GROUP, the digital culture is already at a fairly high level, but there is no limit to perfection — we do not stop in our development.
