IEK GROUP specialists together with the MFMK company assembled a low-voltage switchgear (LVS) on IEK and ONI flagship products. What did we get? A cool innovative solution with the highest level of reliability and automation capabilities.
Our LVS is ready to ensure stable power supply to the most important facilities in various industries. Let's tell you what equipment is used in it.
The LVS is created based on the system of FORMAT electrical cabinets with separate functional blocks. With their help, we achieved form of separation 4b.
For the electrical installation, we chose ARMAT air circuit breakers withdrawable version with electronic protection unit. The devices are equipped with a color touchscreen display, have the possibility of measuring network parameters. Also, additional communication modules, temperature measurement, and discrete input-output module are provided.
Another component of the LVS became power ARMAT molded case circuit breakers withdrawable and plug-in versions. They are distinguished by a contact group with double break and increased breaking capacity, possibility of communication and measuring network parameters.
The LVS can be controlled using a freely programmable ONI PLC-W logic controller with a distributed input-output system based on PLC-S modules, its software environment MasterSCADA 4D. The main user interface — ONI operator panel with a 10-inch diagonal.
To ensure uninterrupted power supply to the LVS, we installed an automatic transfer switch (ATS) with two inputs and two busbar sections.
And also — an arc flash protection kit with fiber-optic sensors and apparatus for protection against busbar system overheating with wireless temperature sensors.
