IEK GROUP acted as a partner and supplier of a large-scale project in the light industry, the "First Weaving Factory" at the TOSER "Volodarsk" in the Nizhny Novgorod Region. IEK GROUP proposed a solution for ensuring power supply, laying cable routes, and lighting of the construction production complex and supplied reliable and safe equipment.
"First Weaving Factory" is a large-scale project in the light industry, implemented with the support of the regional government and the Industrial Development Fund. PTF is the first high-tech textile full-cycle production in Russia and a locomotive of import substitution in the light industry. The project's goal is to ensure the country's independence from fabric product imports. The factory's production capacity allows annual output of up to 11 million linear meters of fabric, and the degree of production localization reaches 90%.
The first stage of weaving and finishing production has already been launched; here, finished fabrics are produced: knitted fabrics, furniture upholstery, home textiles. The second stage of the complex will produce synthetic fiber based on flex — raw material recycled from plastic bottles. It is planned to fully complete the facility and put it into operation by 2025.
IEK GROUP supplies equipment for power supply and lighting of the new production complex, as well as for laying cable routes. Company specialists recalculated the project and supplied the necessary products: FORMAT series cabinets, LESTA cable trays, LEDEL lighting equipment.
Two main distribution boards were assembled on FORMAT series cabinets. Cabinets of this series are compatible with equipment from different manufacturers. They are distinguished by high anti-corrosion resistance due to aluzinc coating, which protects electrical equipment from humidity impact. The possibility of installing additional climate equipment in the cabinet allows effectively removing heat generated by electrical equipment during operation and protecting it from overheating. All current-carrying parts are grounded, ensuring safety for personnel servicing the equipment.
A wide range of sizes, oriented to the needs of Russian consumers, allows selecting a cabinet of optimal dimensions and rationally using its free space.
Both the cabinets and trays are distinguished by high load capacity, ensuring the safety of electrical equipment and cables in industrial production conditions.
