The final of the Open Electricians Championship IEK — 2025 brought together the best participants from Russia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan in Kazan. After the competition, the contestants went on a tour of the FEREKS enterprise, where they got acquainted with the process of creating modern LED equipment.
The modern production site is located in the village of Stolbishche, near Kazan. LED luminaires of the LEDEL and FEREKS brands, ARFA metal ceilings and panels, as well as a range of products for IEK (e.g., automation cabinets) are manufactured here. Electrical installers saw all stages of product creation: sheet metal cutting, bending, welding, enclosure molding, SMD component mounting, painting, and luminaire assembly.
Production dispatcher Fidan Arslanov introduced the Championship finalists to the industrial equipment that helps automate and control processes.
The production technology interested practicing specialists: they enthusiastically examined finished products and asked many questions. With new knowledge, it will be easier for electrical installers to select quality equipment for their work!
And how not to visit the main attraction of Kazan! After the tour of the FEREKS production, the electrical installers went to see the Kazan Kremlin and Kul-Sharif Mosque.
