"Kontaktor" is changing — the plant conducted a large-scale rebranding, which became the most significant update of the enterprise's visual image in its entire modern history.

As noted by the plant's General Director Mikhail Gorbachev, the goal of the changes is to reflect the deep transformation of the enterprise.
"The plant is not just changing its visual component but is being updated as a whole, relying on its rich experience as a foundation for development and success. The need for rebranding is supported by IEK GROUP's strategy, which implies uniting enterprises into a single system to transition from a product offering to comprehensive solutions. At the same time, 'Kontaktor' will remain a reliable partner for its customers", he emphasized.

The new corporate style combines a modern logo with the preservation of the historical name and a graphite-blue color palette. The plant's main principle remains unchanged: "Confidence — a matter of technology."
"We sought to create an image that conveys both technological advancement and respect for history. It was important to preserve recognizability but give the brand a relevant form corresponding to the status of a modern and confident manufacturer", — commented Natalia Sukhova, Head of Branding and Marketing Communications Management at IEK GROUP.

The rebranding accompanies active production modernization. The plant is expanding its product line, developing engineering and testing centers, increasing the share of localization. In 2025, an agreement was signed with the government of the Ulyanovsk region to create a new electrical equipment production in the region.
