The residential complex is built on the principle of a "vertical" city: commercial and administrative premises are located on the first level, walking and recreation areas on the stylobate, and apartments in the high-rises. The houses, as reported by the developer's information resources, are designed in the "Northern Modernism" style — the development is strict and laconic but features a variety of graphic techniques.
Every detail in the residential complex is designed to ensure convenience and safety for its residents. In accordance with this concept, IEK products were used for the power supply system.
For the safety of the electrical network in Tau House Residential Complex, ВА47-60М circuit breakers are used. They have two types of overcurrent protection — thermal and electromagnetic. The contact group made of silver-containing composite ensures increased breaker wear resistance. Serrations on the terminal clamps reduce heat losses and increase mechanical stability of the connection. Ribbed side surface promotes heat dissipation from the housing.
IEK TITAN 5 enclosures were used for assembling distribution electrical panels. They are intended for installing modular equipment for input and distribution of electricity, as well as protection of 230/400 V networks from overload and short-circuit currents. This line features a wide size range — panel modular capacity ranges from 12 to 216 modules. The enclosures are convenient to install, have increased space behind DIN rails for cable routing, and allow sealing of the false panel.
